It was a pleasure to attend a session about a topic which involves all of us and how we should take care of our bodies. The presentation was well organized and interactive. Her approach took us through a sequential understanding of what we can do to make a change. It allowed us to reflect and digest the information. It is obvious that Lorraine has a passion for what she does - trying to have us make a difference for ourselves. Excellent!!!!!

Lorraine’s workshop was so informative. She took an overwhelming topic and made it so easy to understand! Her concise explanations (& providing a summary afterwards!) was so helpful.
